For public schools, the fee shown is tuition for one academic year; accommodation, health insurance, application and custodianship fees are not included. Where a board charges separate elementary/middle and high school fees, the high school fee is shown. Schools update their fees every year; we confirm the exact amount with the school before you apply.

In high school applications, the most common mistakes are in the custodianship documents and the financial file. The steps below are the path we follow, from choosing a school to the flight.
The province and school type are chosen according to the student's grade, grade average, level of English and the family's budget.
The transcript, passport and application form are sent to the school district. Applications for September entry usually close in the spring.
Once the tuition has been paid, the Letter of Acceptance is issued. This document is the foundation of the visa file.
The homestay placement is arranged. The Custodianship Declaration (IMM 5646) is notarised separately in Canada and in Türkiye.
The application is submitted online to IRCC with financial documents, a letter of intent and family documents, followed by biometrics.
Airport pick-up, meeting the host family and school orientation are arranged. Parents are kept informed throughout.
A refusal stays on record and will be asked about in your child's future applications to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and the Schengen area. That is why it matters to prepare a complete and consistent file the first time.
Most school districts accept international students in Grades 9-12. In districts that offer programs for younger ages, a parent usually has to accompany the student.
Public school districts have no centralised entrance exam. Applications are assessed on transcripts and documents; the school may run an English placement test on arrival. Selective private schools may ask for an interview and an exam.
Equivalency is handled by Türkiye's Ministry of National Education. We review the equivalency requirements and the university plan with you before you apply.
Yes. Many school districts offer a single-semester program of about 5 months, and some offer short programs of 1-4 months. Course equivalency for the return to school in Türkiye needs to be planned in advance.
It is possible. The parent must submit their own visa application and have it approved. We determine which visa type is appropriate based on the family's circumstances.
The diploma is the same. Public districts offer study alongside Canadian students and lower costs. Private high schools offer small classes, flexible start dates and boarding. The choice depends on the student's age, English and goals.
The first consultation is free. Our consultant will get back to you within 1-2 business days and clarify the schools that fit your child's profile, the total budget and the visa timeline.
